I have been enjoying the 1/2 off deal after 7 and while in town seeing family I went to this specific location to pick up my app order of 3 shakes this evening. I received my shakes relatively quickly once arriving but also noticed there were no graham crumbs on any (I ordered 2 cheesecake ones) I asked them if they were SURE they were strawberry cheesecake shakes and not something else as to which he assured they were strawberry cheesecake. I was stolen from by one of the employees working at this location seeing how comfortable she was doing it made it feel like this wasn’t the first time. i’d given her cash and card. The first time she came back she said that the card declined, which was weird because I didn’t get a notification on my phone saying it has been declined. anywhere. I asked if she was sure that it declined. she said “yes,” so I handed her a different card and asked her how much I gave her and change she said “$1.67” and counted it out to me so it came as a surprise when I saw that my card was charged for 4.10 which
