Smashburger is a solid burger spot in the Bronx. They surprisingly have a shrimp roll on the menu—not sure why, but it’s there. The breading is decent and the roll is soft; overall, it's okay. However, I’m a huge fan of their mushroom swiss burger; that is the gold standard for me. The customer service from the staff is what really makes the difference. They actually care when they ask how your meal is. If you're looking for a high-quality burger with great service, this is a top-tier local choice.

Food: Seasoned and delicious. Service: Served with a smile and brought to our table. What kind of fast food place does that? Awesome! Atmosphere: We were the only ones in there with the employees. We enjoyed each other. 😆 The seats were just hard enough to get you out of there.

Well I have heard so much about this place to be fully let down. As I entered I didn't smell anything cooking as if they weren't cooking any food. I asked for a toasted bun, mayonnaise, ketchup, cheese , pickles, tomato and onions. They didn't toast the bun. No mayonnaise or ketchup on the burger. They put ketchup in the bag but no mayonnaise. Not what I wanted. The burger was over cooked and slightly burnt. Total fail for a high price burger. Also tried the chicken tenders. Says spicy 🔥 but less spice than anywhere else.
