I am done with this subway. Placed a to-go order. Went to the restaurant got the bag that had my name and my receipt on it and returned home. Only to discover that in the bag or two completely different sandwiches that were not mine. I called the restaurant to inform them of the error and they simply said okay. No apology no I'm sorry didn't ask for any details. Very disappointing. On top of the fact that I ordered grilled chicken sandwiches and in this bag or two ham sandwiches and we don't like ham sandwiches.

Ordered through the mobile app around 3pm during a lunch break. There was one employee out front stocking and the store was dead otherwise. My sub was made on time but did not include the fountain drink and the toppings did not follow the portions specified in the app. I let the employee stocking know the order was missing an item and after a couple seconds they asked me if I was missing any items, totally missing what I had just told them.
