Was excited about the y2k menu, the chili cheese burrito was my fav!! Look at that pitiful thing!! What’s even worse is they told me it was correct. That it’s one scoop per burrito..not an ounce of cheese in sight either. $3 dollars for meat water. Definitely not how they used to be.. also, asked for no lettuce on the taco and since they forget they just scooped it out taking most of the meat and cheese with it. Don’t waste your time even going there today!

How hard is it to put the food in the bag i already paid for. Smh they just throw wtv they feel like in the bag don't check the order or anything there had been several times I ordered from here and had missing items today I was in a rush to get home. Checked my food when I got here and to no surprise 1 out of 2 soft tacos was missing and a burrito was missing. Very poor service at the drive thru almost 10 dollars worth of food that I didnt receive. Just giving them money at this point

Seriously how hard is it to throw the right ingredients in a bowl twice? You did one correctly. Just terrible... Update...this is supposed to be a steak quesadilla not an air quesadilla.

This is hands down the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever interacted with in all my years of life. Question: When’s the last time you ordered Taco Bell and didn’t want any sauce? Like none… I’ll wait… NEVER! No one would ever order Taco Bell without some type of sauce. So imagine being very clear and intentional and telling the restaurant exactly what sauce you want and exactly how many only to receive ZERO of any kind. And this isn’t a one time thing. This has happened 4 TIMES only at this specific Taco Bell. So not only do I get cold, soggy, stale tacos, but they’re dry! This is a failure in leadersh
