Our favorite pho restaurant! We drive 30 mins frequently to visit Broth & Basil. The beef broth is made in-house and is the best broth you can get. Generous portions. I also love the charbroiled beef plate, but I get the beef broth instead of pork broth (comes as a cup on the side). They also have an amazing beef rib pho. Get that! We stopped by on a recommendation to try a new place since we usually hit local spots for Pho. Overall it was good. Not a traditional place, has a more modern feel. I am pretty sure it’s not a chain but it had that feel. The beef Pho was really good. Not sure what sizes they have available but ours looked like a large. I wasn’t a fan of the flat plate for my V bowl, especially since the fish sauce usually collects at the bottom in traditional bowls but the food was good.
