I’ve been constantly trying to reach out to corporate regarding An incident with an order where I ordered two salads and there was live maggots in it! I’ve tried multiple times to reach out to Chick-fil-A But all I receive is the runaround and never get an actual person to reach back out to me. The day of the incident I reached out to the direct store and they provided a refund for the order, but this is not enough and I cannot let it go. I do not accept just a refund this store must be held liable and this must be sent to someone above! If I could attach the video to this post, I would!!

READ THE OTHER REVIEWS!!! MAGGOTS IN THE SALAD! PEOPLE WAITING FOR OVER 30 MINUTES! ALWAYS FORGETTING ITEMS!!! NASTY ATTITUDE WHEN CONFRONTED BY THEIR OWN FAILURES!!! NO APOLOGIES GIVEN!!! Unfortunately, the service is pretty bad here. They constantly forget things in all my orders. They are trying to go so fast they are always making errors. It's terrible because the food is good otherwise. DONT LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR ORDER!!!! THEY MAKE A TON OF MISTAKES HERE!!!!!!!!

This was my go to chickfila for years but under new management, they seem unfriendly, and bothered. I ordered 4 strip meal and they gave me 3 small strips which I understand if that's what is delivered to them but the 4th was not a strip it was all breading and skinny and small. I asked for a redo and they looked at me like I was asking then to go kill a chicken and do it all over again. But I just wanted an exchange since it's way more for 4 strips.
