Edited June 22nd (1:30am) - So finally got to try out this Sonic 'after hours' lol. While the greeting we received when ordering wasn't nice or 'customer service friendly' the food was still good. I ordered the chicken tenders, fries and another coffee this time without sweet cream and my husband got the double smasher. All delicious. My hubby says the fries needed seasoning but I thought they were great. My daughter and her man orders separately and one item she order, the pizza bites?, was not in stock and they were told AFTER they ordered but Sonic replaced it with her second choice and

Order food on the app just to be told that they’re out of everything! Then they “can’t” do refunds at the store because we placed on the app but the office number is closed til Monday. We don’t know if it’s guaranteed that we would get our money back since we have no proof . It’s annoying and maybe take the sold out items off your app so people don’t get scammed!!! It’s not the mangers fault it’s CORPORATE. Do better sonic.

I've had positive experiences before but today wasn't one. It appeared busy. I had to hit the red button three times to be told it would be 15 minutes. I hit it again. The woman couldn't hear me and said to wait one second. 10 minutes later I, and a number of other cars left.

This is a horrible Sonics. They're never busy but take forever to take your order and everyone working there has a terrible attitude. I've pulled up at around 11am waiting for someone at the intercom and then the MANAGER pull up next to me, telling to me "give her a min". Tear the building the down and make it a parking lot. The efficiency rate will raise.
