I want to start with this was our first time ever going to a jack in the box. This particular one is in a not great area.. I should have known when I saw that they take EBT. Cashier was very friendly. Food selection was impressive. Quality was good as well surprisingly. We will try one in another location.

The service is very rushed and rude and most of the menu is missing from the first drive through menu board so you can't choose what you want before going to the speaker. This is the 3rd time they made me back up in the drive thru after paying for my order just to drive up again when the order is ready. I will not return to any Jack in the Box. The food is just not enjoyable after consistent issues.

I found mold on my sandwich. When I called to let them know and request a refund, they asked me to return to the store. Since I was on my lunch break, I couldn't go back right away. They suggested I come after work to bring the sandwich back. I asked to send a picture instead, as I didn't want my office to smell like egg for the rest of the day, but she replied, "You said you weren’t going to eat it, so just bring it back." She needed the physical sandwich in hand. This is ridiculous and a waste of time. Update- I took the food back to the store and the manager was telling other staff that it’

The worker was rude and preoccupied on a personal phone call. She asked me what sauce I wanted and never placed any in the bag, she also didn’t give me my receipt.
