As a casino enthusiast, I was truly impressed with my experience at Saracen Casino. The customer service across the board was excellent, and the food from Red Oak Steakhouse was top tier. We ordered the fried chicken, bacon mac, and side salads. Everything was fresh, hot, and clearly made to order. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the salads were fresh and flavorful. The drinks were phenomenal, and the service made the entire experience even better. Shoutout to the cage cashier who helped me get my rewards card. She was amazing and made the process

The hotel was great. Clean, comfortable, and very nice staff. I was traveling with my service animal and I was very pleasantly pleased to see that everyone helping to get checked in were very much informed about guests with service animals. I have traveled to so many places and surprised to see that there are not a lot of establishments that educate their employees about guests with service animals. It's a nice casino with plenty of gaming tables and machines. It seems to pay out pretty good. The restaurants have delicious foods in. The atmosphere is happy, not Doom and gloomy like some casinos are. We had a good time. We didn't win anything but we weren't expecting to. We had fun and that's what counts on this place helped us. Enjoy the time we spent by all means stop by if you got a chance, but you always have a chance on it coming home with something in your pocket 0
