On entrance (~12:30 pm) the restaurant was already packed, with only around 5 out of the 27 or so tables being empty (i counted!). I got seated after 2 or 3 minutes and was greeted with lovely service by Quan, she asked me how I was and I replied likewise as she took my order because I already knew what I wished to have. The food came out quick in around 8 minutes and was amazing! Love the atmosphere and crew here seemed really friendly and vocal around me. Thank you Quan and thank you IHop :-D This will definitely be my go to location!

We had a wonderful experience! Our server was ROCIO incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. She was quick, accommodating, and took the time to explain what came with each meal and let us know about all the beverage options, which we really appreciated. The food came out fresh and hot, and everything tasted great. We’re new to the area, and after this visit, we’ve definitely found our new go-to spot for breakfast and brunch.
