They charge a 15% “service fee” but the customer has to go to cashiers to place the order, if you miss an item or get cravings for a croissant while your eating your entre you have to get off your seat, make a line, and order the croissant. Making the customer do all the leg work and charging a 15% fee for absolutely nothing to gain, when I asked the manager he said the fee was for seating down and eating there never offered to help or get the fee refunded; Horrible service, never taking a dime from me again. Bathroom was extremely filthy and lack of cleanliness.

Just had a really disappointing breakfast experience. We stood in line for about 5 minutes despite no one being ahead of us, and the service only went downhill from there. They automatically added a 15% gratuity that you are then taxed on, for what was basically counter service where someone simply brings the food to your table. My husband ordered chocolate chip banana pancakes, but they came out plain. Instead of remaking them correctly, they offered to bring the toppings on the side. Unfortunately, the pancakes themselves were terrible anyway — chewy, dense, heavy, and with a very odd flavo

Crema Gourmet is an amazing place. The location is beautiful, calm, and very pleasant, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The food is extremely good, fresh, and high quality every time. But the best part is the honesty, security, and customer service. I accidentally left my phone there in the afternoon, and when I came back the next day to ask about it, they had it safely stored 🥹. That level of care and integrity truly speaks volumes about the staff and the business. Highly recommended — 100%. I will definitely be coming back.
