Today I came in to get a hut box before work and instantly regretted going to this location. How are you going to put just one pepperoni on each mini slice and barely any sauce so it’s cheese bread w one pepperoni if you have a choice go to Seminole they make the best hut boxes!!

Food is good, however deductions for service / support. Do not get DELIVERY from this store. Order will either be accurate (but cold) or completely wrong (ie Missing Side, drinks, sauces). When you call the store, it auto directs to a call center in another state where you have to go and call back multiple times just to get someone in a supervisor role who can do refunds/order adjustments as the store cannot handle that. Just be aware & recommend pickup if you're feeling pizza time. We plan to use another store moving forward in the area due to the constant issues at this one.

They lack basic courtesy at this location. They could not fulfill my order on 5/22/26. I showed up sat for 20 minutes after telling them what my order consisted of. They then continued to panic in the kitchen without telling me anything. Not to mention one of the employees handling food was not wearing a hair net despite having long hair. They then told me after making me wait that they couldn't fulfill my order. They also in the past always provide less than the usual serving of toppings. They simply skimp on toppings more so than any other pizza hut. I will never be returning here again.
