We stopped by Miso Sushi on a whim. With plenty of sushi places to pick from in Edison, we decided to give Miso Sushi a chance, and we are grateful we did!! While it was later in the evening, you can tell everything was made to order. The fish was so fresh, and our rolls were large and absolutely reasonably priced. Our Kani Salads were also large portions. Even down to their house made tea, this place is a hidden gem. We will definitely be back again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped in for a quick bite and ordered the spider roll. Wow! The soft-shell crab was fried to perfection — crispy but NOT oily with incredible freshness. The eel sauce on top was a standout: tasty and light, never overpowering. And their house hot tea? Absolute perfection — warm, soothing, and the ideal pairing. Seriously impressive flavors all around. Will be back soon!
