They must have a new owners or something because this place is horrible. $41. I spent this past weekend. You know I didn’t really think nothing of it. I thought you know $41 you would think the presentation and the services would be better $10 almost $10 for four cheese sticks. Then I ordered a large pepperoni pizza With a large Pepsi and a large iced water You have to pay extra for ranch Absolutely ridiculous almost $10 for four cheese sticks and a half a cup of sauce Counters were dirty the place was disgusting. The quality of food was horrible as well I would not recommend this place Maybe

Sorry, subpar at best, the dough is not fresh comes from frozen dough. Crust has zero crisp, to much cheese and the calzone was weird, a ton of sauce and a drop old ricotta, and what’s up with all the grated cheese is on top of the calzone never seen that before.

Dry, burnt pizza for almost $20. I should have just asked for burnt cheese toast or cardboard bruschetta.😅 The kitchen staff uses their phones as they make pizza after pizza, regardless of glove use and expected proper sanitary practices…So watch out for that this flu season! Customer service is sub par & they don’t take feedback well. Manager is also very rude, hot headed and unprofessional. Not consistent enough in quality and super over priced. Milano’s restroom also tends to omit an unpleasant odor like a sewer and you can smell it at the bar. This location seems to only do well for visit

Everything that we have had at this location has been incredible. We have tried a variety of their pizzas, their homemade meatball subs and their delicious calzones. Even their french fries were amazing! They use top notch ingredients and don't skimp on them. And the staff are so friendly and take pride in their high quality meals! We live in Maryland but we make sure to stop in every time we are in the North Hills!
