Horrible service. Coughing all over, not changing their gloves, wiping down counters with the same food prep gloves on. The chicken and steak both needed to be cut, so the line went around the dining room as the lunch rush filled the restaurant. Staff did not seem to care about anything going on and management decided to let all the workers stand amd stare at customers instead of putting 2 ppl on cutting board to better manage prep time. HORRIBLE SERVICE took over 20 minutes standing there in line. Pathetic as a Chipotle franchise.

Beautiful place outside and inside. Looks like new and luxury store. Everything is clean inside. Clean restrooms. But food - we’re on 4 stars 🌟 It was not perfect or really delicious. I ordered one bowl with chicken. But they charged me for guacamole, but they didn’t tell me that it’s not free! I asked about why my amount higher than usually.

They just served me raw chicken. Just got a bowl 30 mins ago, ate half of it just to find out that the chicken is raw. I tried calling to warn them about what they’re serving, but of course you can never ever reach a person. This is wildly unacceptable and I want a refund ASAP. Unbelievable.

I had a terrible experience here. Every time I come during lunch or dinner, they never have anything available. This is a consistent issue and clearly shows poor management. A restaurant should not be constantly out of food during peak hours. On top of that, around 10 PM—when the restaurant clearly closes at 11 PM—one of the staff members tried to kick us out and yelled at customers in the restaurant. His behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. No one should be spoken to like that, especially when the restaurant was still open. This place seriously needs new man
