Great food at a decent location. This location is accessible friendly and does have accessible parking though you do have to be careful about access. Sometimes it gets blocked or is not available. This location is visible from the road and easily accessible from two different roads. The parking lot is a little complicated in design and causes traffic jams but over all there's plenty of parking and it is not horrible. The bathrooms are good but they can be dirty and given the influx of traffic and the traffic coming in that's not surprising at this location. Overall the restaurant is decently c

Every single employee at this McDonald’s hates their life and everyone they have to interact with. This is the most pleasant McDonald’s in all of DFW. Moving out of the area soon and cannot wait to go to a different McDonald’s with better attitudes it’s rather pitiful if you ask me. No one is forcing these people to work there

Go to different one. Four ladies who was working the counter are extremely loud and obnoxious. I ordered food through the kiosk and it took it at least 10 minutes to get to me. It was just sitting on the counter and waiting for them to stop arguing with each other and scream. Food was ok it McDonalds but was cold

I need to rant about this McDonald’s absolute TRASH food and service! I ordered through the kiosk and waited 15 freaking minutes. After talking to the staff, I found out my food was just sitting there, ready the whole time, but nobody bothered to bring it out! No clue what the hell caused this mess. The chicken sandwich? The meat was WEIRD—crisp when I bit into it, but the skin was soft and floppy, like it wasn’t even cooked properly. Disgusting! Oh, and get this—I found PAPER in my Big Mac. PAPER! The fries?
