To whom it may concern, I would like to file a formal complaint about the completely unacceptable service I received today at the Chick-fil-A Broward Mall location from an employee named Tyteanna. From the moment she saw me, her attitude was rude and hostile. She looked at me with contempt, clearly did not want to assist me, and her behavior made me feel discriminated against because I am a white woman. Every time I tried to politely ask about my order, she either ignored me or yelled at me in English, instead of responding in a professional and respectful manner. My order was paid at 2:08 p

I hope this review falls into the right hands of the company…. But I definitely wanted to give a big shout to Ty. Her energy anytime I come is unmatched she greets me with such joy and the way she handles guests you would think she runs the show! Always recognized/appreciated. I did want to bring to the company attention that you have some employees who lack customer service another young lady headed me my food and I asked for just more sauce and she gave me the most disgrace look as if she was irritated by my asking! Which is very unprofessional and unfortunate knowing I spend my money here

This Chick-fil-A location was pretty good! The service was really fast and the employees were nice. The food was absolutely delicious as always ☺️ The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because two of the employees that helped give me my order didn't say "my pleasure" after I said thank you. I think this was the first time this had ever happened to me and it was really odd.

June 22, 2024 Went with my family, and the food was amazing! What can I say about the grilled Chicken Sandwich that no one knows already. Also the Best crispy chicken sandwich in the world. Loved it. My Son and his mom loved it. The fries always taste fresh as well as the nuggets. The Fosted Lemonade is cold, fresh, tasting, and just amazing.
