The blooming onion came out with a perfect golden crunch, each petal pulling apart easily and still steaming lightly at the center. The New York strip was cooked exactly to pink-med rare with good char marks across the top. The bread was warm and the butter soft, which is a small thing but makes the timing feel right. Noise level is moderate for a steakhouse chain — loud enough to feel busy but not to shout across the table for two. Service on the other hand was so-so.

I was in town for work and this location is a nice walk from my hotel. Their Blooming Burger was a nice touch to a classic burger. The service was speedy and super friendly.

It's actually better then I expected. They serve sirloin steaks and line i said before better then expected. I would also recommend the French onion soup. Delicious. Drinks were in the high side of average yet tasty. I would go back probably.
