I ordered online twice from this site, and both times they made me stand and wait for 10 minutes even though my order was already prepared. At least the food was still good. The woman mopping even politely told the person in charge that I was waiting for my order the second time, and she told her she knew and still made me wait. Buy from here if you want your time wasted unnecessarily.

Oh my god! This could be the worst experience I have ever had from a food establishment. Unbelievable really. Most all Burger Kings are franchised and judging from previous reviews this place will only get worse. Honestly I don't feel safe eating what I just paid for.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had at a Burger King and I’ve tried them multiple times. Tonight we had to wait 25 minutes for four hamburgers and four sundaes. There was one person cooking in the back, going as slow as molasses, and one person upfront, who was absolutely no help whatsoever. The manager apparently was sitting in the office, ignoring the whole thing, and there was another person out on a break. He just watched things stacked up. If you want fast service do not go to this Burger King.

I said I wanted a plain cheeseburger. I watched the employee enter in a plain cheeseburger. I then got a fully loaded cheeseburger with everything on it. Im usually fine with it but it is everytime I go here they mess it up. How are yall gonna be called burger king if you cant make a burger right?
