Over 20 minute wait for a simple order for 2. Nothing special. employees siting in lobby on phone one standing by registers. For the food to come out and still not be fresh hot!!!!! The tablets to order on also suck and take way longer than a face to face interaction. 1962-2026 and I've officially given up on taco bell

After eating 90% of my food I pull this weird chunk of lettuce out of my stacker and find this lovely little guy in there. I’m actually sick to my stomach..If reviews say the establishment is dirty chances are it’s dirty..

As a Delivery Driver, horrible experience! The team at this location never works you into the queue fairly. The lobby was full of other drivers and we all waited 25-30 minutes on average before our pick up was ready. Their only priority is the drive thru orders. 😒 I understand busy, but this was blatantly obvious that they couldn't care less about delivery orders. At this point, of they can't juggle both fairly, they shouldnt accept delivery orders.

As a delivery driver this place has horrible customer service. When the lobby is closed at any other establishment you go through the drive-thru, but not here. They want you to walk around and go through the side door when the pick-up station is maybe 15 feet from the window. Lazy and absolutely rude staff. Went through the drive-thru at the one in Pocatello and absolutely no problem and really nice staff.
