Placed an order online (App was down) pick up time 16:44. I pushed the button and the lady stated she didn’t have my order. Now, I can clearly see my name on the screen at Stall #11 so the order was definitely placed and I had checked in as instructed. 16:55 I noticed that my name wasn’t on the screen anymore and I hadn’t heard anything from anyone. 16:55 I pushed the button and inquired about my food and was told, “oh yea it’s right here.” 16:57 She brought my food out finally. It was my first ever visit to Sonic, so the moment I noticed it during our long drive, I turned in with pure curiosity. I chose their ice cream shakes, and they were rich, cool, and extremely refreshing. The texture felt smooth, and the flavor stayed delightful till the last sip. I'm a walmart driver, wanted to get something quick so I chose sonic. Got a double with bacon and lg chili cheese fries. I'm glad I didnt get the small. a quarter of the cheese wasn't even melted and hardly any chili. The burger wasn't that hot, warm at best. The bacon on it was very crunchy in fact I believe it was probably leftover from this morning and it was a bunch of bits and pieces. Did not have a bacon taste. Very disappointed, I remember when sonics were great, fast HOT food
