I bought four coffees and two iced coffees, but the iced coffees just tasted like watered-down milk and sugar with no caffeine. I even asked for a remake, but the second batch tasted exactly the same.

We purchased like six coffee which tasted worse therefore we ask for the replacement and they did replace, but the taste was still the same. It didn’t changed anything about it.

My complaint is how long it takes to get through the instore line. They only have one person up front and 8 people on drive thru. Poor system!!!! At the very least have someone take the order and someone else make the order. That's how it use to be. It's got to be the slowest Timmies in town.
