Not only was my food cold, but the meat was served raw, which is completely unacceptable and honestly concerning. On top of that, my order had already been messed up before the food even came out. I understand mistakes happen, but serving undercooked meat is a serious issue. I expected much better service and food quality. Definitely not a good experience.

Let’s start with the amazing hospitality that was given by Margarita.She was phenomenal!!! Very knowledgeable about the menu as we had the fajita omelette with French toast also a bacon, cheese, egg, omelette, home fries, and the famous pancakes. Everything was amazing and delicious. I love good customer service and Margarita went above and beyond to make sure that we felt at home while we had breakfast. I highly recommend this location. 10 out of 10 experience!!!

Pancakes are always delicious. Food wasn't that hot but very tasty. The steak was tender & flavorful. I dont like the fact they they only give you 2 pancakes i stead of 4 when you add extras. That makes no sense. My question is when are they updating the decor? It's been the same design since I was in high school.... I'm 57 now🤔

My family had a fantastic experience at IHOP. Our server, Raymond was just great. He made sure our order was complete and would come back to our table to see if there was anything else we needed. Also, he was very helpful answering any questions we had. Raymond is a great asset to IHOP and represents what great customer service is all about
