I came here and ordered a chicken sandwich, which was ready in under five minutes. This restaurant has a large dining room compared to other locations in PSL and an outdoor seating area. Christmas music was playing on the intercom. KFC was totally empty when I ate here, so it was very quiet today (came in between 12-1).

I'm at a loss for words. This appears to be rodent bait. Left on top of my to-go drink. Absolutely disgusting. Although the staff is super nice, this is 100% unacceptable. Besides that, how do I end up with Long John silver's cup?!

12 piece family meal came with 9 thighs, 2 legs and 1 wing. Not good, do you have a choice of what pieces you want? They did not ask if we wanted white or dark so We assumed it was 3 of each piece. It must be what they had left over. Sides were good and it came out fast.

No complaints about the food that I ordered for pickup. Only gripe would be that, even though I used the KFC app on my phone the pickup time took considerably longer that I would have hoped. I showed up at the time I had requested on the app (which was about an hour in advance, so plenty of time for prep) and STILL had to arrive and park and just wait. That sort of defeats the purpose of using the app for conveniently ordering ahead if I could have just walked in, ordered the food and left in the same amount of time. Sorry to be a Karen but that was sort of a bummer of an experience. Still, th
