We ordered our burgers, once they came out one of them was drowning in grease. As I finished my drink I found a hair in it. Absolutely gross. Service was amazing though.

Cant review the food as we waited 20mins to be served. The 2 guys working never answered the call button to take our order. They watched us pull in and not once checked to see if we wanted anything. We ended up leaving without ordering anything. My husband and I have not ever eaten here and wanted to try something new. Needless to say we are disappointed.

Usually this sonic does really well. Today however our mobile order was messed up. We ordered well in advanced of arriving. Once there we the order came out quickly we then pulled around and started eating. The smash burger we ordered was supposed to have bacon but it seems they forgot. We went to the drive thru window and instead of offering to remake it they just gave us 2 slices of bacon per burger which I mean it fixed it but wasn't very customer friendly. Then as my husband continued to eat his burger he pulled a hair out of the meat patty. Needless to say we are not happy with this visit

Was given somebody else's food. Was told there was nothing they could do. Kathy, I hope you enjoyed my food. I didn't enjoy yours. Edit: I don't think you're listening at all, because it's not "we didn't get your order exactly right," no you completely messed up the entirety of the order. You straight up gave me somebody else's food. You didn't get it exactly right, YOU GOT IT 100% WRONG. Poor response from the owner. You should be ashamed of the business you are running.
