I had an amazing drive-thru experience at Arby’s thanks to Giada! I had just downloaded the app and was a little unsure about how everything worked, but Giada was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful the entire time. They took the time to walk me through everything, answered my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to get customer service that genuinely stands out, but Giada absolutely made my day. Arby’s is lucky to have someone so professional and caring on their team!

Came in on a Sunday (today 21 Jan) and we were the only ones here. The order took 15-20 minutes while we stood at the counter watching 4 employees. We did not get our drinks and had to tell them when the one staff member brought our food over and the fish sandwich sat on the tray on the counter in front of us. The only thing fresh was the kids chick nuggets. The fish was cold the gyro pita bread was hard and the fries were all like warm at best. The worst experience we have every had at an Arby's. This was my first time at this Arby's...the service was fantastic and quick! The food was hot and delivered quickly. One word of warning... the drive thru is very narrow! It was a surprisingly easy in and out though, with a traffic light to help you get back on the main road.
