My husband and I stopped at this location yesterday.Because we were given a gift card at Christmas. He ordered a barbecue chicken sandwich and I ordered the bacon mac and cheese bread bowl. First I thought it was beyond bizarre that no one even called our name, they just sat the bag up on the counter.And after a few minutes, we realized that that might be our order.Because they weren't calling any names. He checked it to make sure it was correct.And he looked at me and said , you don't want something else , that's all you're getting for dinner? I said yes, it should be plenty.I've had them bef

I've been here, working since 9 a.m., and I occasionally look up to see the crowd change and staff walk around picking up tableware from in front of patrons. At multiple moments, I have seen staff pick up plates, bowls and silverware of patrons...sometimes reaching before they're even finished. I, plate completed at about 10 a.m., they walk past and not collect. Odd huh? I am the only black woman seated for the past 4 hours and every table around me had items removed, each time I looked up from my work.

We usually stop at Panera Bread restaurants on our vacation trips and this Panera was great. My wife used one of the self ordering stations and it was easy to use however it was not accepting the points we had even though she had put her phone number in. One of the ladies behind the desk offered to help and she was able to input our points in their own station. The latte coffee was good. The Chipotle chicken sandwich and barley bagel were delicious. The egg and cheese sandwich was OK. Surprisingly all their sandwiches look like samples to me and I have to order at least two to feel less hungry

I absolutely love this Panera location. They have a wonderful indoor and outdoor seating arrangement. This cafe has counter seating and a lobby full of natural light. The store is extremely clean and wonderfully decorated. In addition, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is plenty of free parking in the parking lot.
