Gracy here :)) I've been coming to this Starbucks the past two years it is right by my high school and have saved me plenty of times. !!!! 🙏🏾Whether I want a complex drink order or just a regular Carmel Frappuccino or even just a Medicine Ball Tea when it's cold they always come through. 💗💗I'm gonna upload some of the pictures of the drinks that I've gotten I love this place!!! My family and I stopped here for drinks on our way out of town... I placed a mobile order on our way to get gas so that I could be quick... While waiting for the mobile order to be finished (almost 20 minutes after the projected time) my daughter and I were browsing the merchandise. If I could give zero stars I would. In the past year the drinks at this location have tasted terrible. Order a vanilla latte I get a cafe latte. I’ve ordered the same drink for years. They do not add requested flavor or extra espresso shots. The steamed oats are always dry they do not add enough liquid for the oats to steam.

Not every Starbucks is created equal, and this is one of the better ones. It is very obvious the staff is made up of younger adults and teens, and they are always so polite and kind. My drink is ALWAYS good, and very rarely do I have to wait. I ordered a drink through the app this morning, and when I got to the store, I went in to grab my drink and it wasn't quite ready yet, but the staff was VERY obviously short staffed and overwhelmed. They were working incredibly hard and getting drinks out fast, but they simply had too many orders to fulfill with the number of staff available. There were a
