literally the laziest and most pathetic workers i’ve ever come across. if they don’t want their job they could easily get another. i never leave reviews but ive never seen such pathetic customer service in my life. i ordered on uber eats. my driver immediately went there as soon as i ordered. they said another driver picked up my order when the driver was told they hadn’t even started on it yet from another person. any time i order from this location it’s bullshit. do better and hire people who actually want to work.

This is consistently the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had in Louisiana. Every single one of the aspiring basketball stars that work here can’t get an order right to save their life, nor can they make your order with the slightest bit of haste. No wonder y’all are getting replaced with an AI that takes orders in the drive-through. I hope they expand that operation into the kitchen and fire all of you.

Out of the local Taco Bells, this location gets our order mostly correct the most. Its the customization that are normally wrong. No Tomato, or Extra red sauce, extra onion. Picking tomatoes out of a crunch wrap is not as simple as off a taco. LOL They seems to always be out if something, at least when ordering with the app. The service is not rude but not friendly. Almost allways just kinda seems sad. I know its not Chick-fil-a but still. More times than not the staff just seems like they dont want to be there. There is the rare occassion the window person is in a great mood. We order Taco

Poor customer service. I walked in and no welcome to Taco bell. There were several customers that came in after me and nothing. The workers doesn’t acknowledge anyone. I will not be back. Several customers left already and I left 4 minutes after they did. I don’t recommend eating at this Taco Bell at all. The manger doesn’t seem to care at all. Poor very poor.
