It is always a pleasant surprise to meet people who enjoy what they do. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the amazing customer service we received from Dillion today at this location. When we arrived, there was a fairly large to-go order; however, Dillion went out of his way to greet us and engage us in conversation while we waited. He took extreme pride in making our sandwiches, perfectly as we asked. He was kind, respectful to all of his customers, and did a really great job making us feel appreciated as customers. Don't bother with this location. Placed an online order. Was not ready when I got there, after said time. Then waited, and waited so 3 people could take one order and then argue in front of waiting customers. It took another 10 minutes just two complete my order. And of course got it wrong. Your literally reading it off and piece of paper. I said no mayonnaise and they loaded it down. Where does it say mayonnaise? Well do I travel back to the restaurant and waste gas money or do I attempt to scrape it off hoping I don't taste something I hate! This is exactly why I don't leave tips for picku

I’m usually a fan of Subway, but my recent experience was very disappointing. Service: The staff were disorganized and seemed uninterested in helping. I waited far longer than expected, and when my order was finally made, it wasn’t prepared as requested. The staff seemed rushed and didn’t engage with customers in a friendly or professional manner. Cleanliness: The store was not clean at all. There was food debris on the floor, and the counters looked like they hadn’t been wiped down properly. The overall environment felt unkempt and not inviting.
