It’s almost always busy, which says a lot about how popular and trusted this location is—but despite the traffic, the store consistently maintains a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment. Janet at register 12, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I watched as she treated every person in her line, like they were an inconvenience to her. Throwing customers groceries, rude tone, getting irritated with customers. Janet, you should be ashamed how you treated that little old lady. I work with seniors every day, I know they can be challenging. But that lady just didn't know there was a tap option. You were incredibly degrading to her. Then went on to base mouth her with other customers. Fry's, do better.

Great store however scanners at checkouts are hypersensitive to thinking customers are not scanning everything. I have yet to fail scanning, but it has tripped tge alarm at least once everytime I checkout groceries.

They've completely relocated everything inside Fry's in Prescott Valley and made it extremely difficult for seniors to use. When you bring this to the attention of Fry's management they just shrug their shoulders and say "oh well"
