Sonic staff here on the night of Monday June 22nd seemingly just decided to close and leave after we had placed an order well before closing time and did nothing to cancel the order, or tell the delivery service they decided they don’t want to make it, so now sonic is closed and my order is pending, app making me jump through tons of tedious hoops to cancel or get a refund for the order it is still telling me at 1:30 in the morning the employees are making. Please schedule a manager or something to ensure staff aren’t making immature decisions, like just up and leaving early with pending order

Had medium groovy fries which the box was not full and fries tasted like they were sitting for a while. Cheesecake shake was mostly whipcream. They want me to pay for a cup of water along with my meal. Think I will pass in the future.

The burgers don't seem to be as good as they used to be, and I don't like this new trend in fast food where you have to ask for ketchup, salt, and even napkins. If you don't ask , they won't be included. I understand with prices soaring everyone is trying to save where they can, but come on! Most everyone uses ketchup on their fries. Most use salt. And for cripes sake, everyone needs napkins when eating burgers and fries!

Worst experience ever. They take forever to answer for an order, you can't pay at the building or at the park and eat spots cause their card readers don't work. They say pay at the window, but that means "we'll take your card after we bring you your food" 10-15 minutes later, and the food didn't even taste that good
