It was a lovely sunday afternoon, my gals and I went the the park, and after working up an appetite, we decided to go to Panda. Phong was working the window, after a few miscommunication issues, he "locked in" and he got our orders taken.... swiftly would be an overstatement. After waiting a good 20 minutes, watching customers walking in and walking out with their food. It was finally time for Phong to greet us at the window and grant us our meal. His loyal, patient guests. Whom had been waiting for 20 plus minutes.... All could be swept under the table, if in fact Phong would have "locked in"

Where do I begin? You walk in to place your order. Great in the beginning. Until I got to the cashier. Instead of putting my food on a tray, like most Panda Express' do. She hands me my box with spring rolls and condiments on top that plus a cup and a receipt. Okay no problem I'll balance all of "this" and put my receipt in my pocket. Food was okay. But as I sat back and actually paid attention. That is when the true show started. Manager sitting at a table talking to his friends and on the phone. They are getting worse was just there a few days ago and only got about a few pieces of chicken that were way too hard to chew total waste of the money that they charge for their food. Never going back there again no matter how much I want them I am beyond disappointed And fairly unhappy

Phong at the driver thru was great! He was so kind. The wait was long but that's not there fault the place was packed so that tells you there business is doing good or else we all wouldn't be eating there. He was so kind and sweet. Thank you for your service!
