I stop here regularly, and the service is always fast and friendly. The drive-thru moves quickly, my order is always right, and the staff is incredibly patient. As a parent, I'm especially impressed that they can somehow take my order while my 5-year-old is simultaneously trying to place her own completely separate order from the backseat. The staff here is VERY rude and dismissive,Not the first time either.They just told me that this order was right with an attitude and walked away instead of fixing it(I was super nice about it too) ... Lemme ask you guys......Do You see sourdough ?Because I see a croissant.......The receipt says GRILL CHEESE ON SOURDOUGH. I see a EGG AND CHEESE ON A CROISSANT !!!!!! Please talk to your staff....I said the" receipt didnt match what I got".....The attitude was unnecessary when YOU are WRONG!!!

I ordered a large iced macchiato, and it was filled with an excessive amount of ice, leaving very little coffee. I politely asked for it to be remade, but osamas wife prepared the second drink only halfway, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. When I calmly asked if they could please add more coffee, I was told by Osama himself there would be an additional charge. It seemed clear that my request wasn’t being taken seriously, and the interaction felt unnecessarily embarrassing in front of other customers.
