I’m giving five stars because this is the closest Dunkin to me and I don’t want any beef. The service is fine. It’s really kind of hit or miss. I prefer ordering online. But the staff is always friendly and eager to fix mistakes. I just wanted to speak for the rest of the neighborhood on this, we like the R&B that this Dunkin plays. They are always playing amazing music in here however today that changed. I overheard a customer conversation asking what is going on with the music and an employee says that they have been asked to change it to café music. I just want the branch managers to know

I love this Dunkin! I come here daily and the employees are super nice & welcoming. The management is fantastic & it's so nice to see the comrade amongst the whole Dunkin team at this location. I've never had a bad experience here. Coffee is always awesome and so is the food.

Used to have to order. They have messed up on my order a few times when you walk in. They're busy talking with each other, then Manning the register in the front. Not always stocked on items. If you want certain items, make sure you get there first thing in the morning. Also walked in to buy the book that they had for the holidays and one girl looked at me like I don't think we have those and I had to point to where they were. She's like we're selling these so lets me know there's not too much communication or people are not paying attention. Mood bosses are putting out information. Also when
