The manager was extremely unprofessional and showed very poor customer service. I hope McDonald’s addresses this kind of behavior. We decided not to order any soft drinks because my children had already had too many sugary drinks. We only ordered hamburgers, fries, and chicken nuggets, and politely asked for a cup of water. The employee had already handed me a water cup, but the manager suddenly stopped them and said they couldn’t give me one. Terrible service and very poor customer attention. I ordered three Large combos, and one of them came with a small chocolate milk. The drink was very small, so I politely asked if they could add one more small chocolate milk since it costs less than a large drink. The employee’s response was very negative and she showed no interest in helping or finding a solution.
