I order a matcha LIGHT ice latte. I asked twice if I said LIGHT ice. She assures me yes. Its even printed on the side of my cup. I get my latte and get home fishing out all the ice. Literally had less than half a cup of actual matcha. Paid 7 bucks for a cup of ice pretty much.

I had a not very good experience at this Starbucks in Pullman. I arrived and waited for a while without being helped right away. I don’t speak much English, but I tried to order in the way I have normally been understood at other places. However, I felt that the person who assisted me was not being very clear with me and even tried to correct me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable, as if there was a lack of understanding in the communication. I rarely have the opportunity to stop into this Starbucks for a drink and when I do I've always been met with incredibly kind people and a warm atmosphere from the employees! Perfect example of that is today! I stopped by on my way home from a doctor's appointment and was met with a warm smile from the lovely young lady behind the counter , I didn't catch her name but she was super nice and had black and blonde hair. I was having a bit of a rough day and she complimented my bag and was very helpful with my order, going as far as writing you're awesome on my cup which instantly made my entire

Great Starbucks experience here! Very nice and professional employees who always seem to have a smile on their face. The atmosphere here is wonderful and they comfortable chairs and couches are a really nice touch!
