2023 - My rating has gone down due to lacking in Customer Service and waiting over 45 mins to an hour for three items or less everytime we order from here. Yesterday we got two burgers with different toppings and a large fry. The fries were not even filled to the top of the cup and we're soggy and weren't hot. Had to reheat them in our oven. The numbers on the burgers weren't correct with the numbers on the bag slip. If we were getting this order for a work place and not our home it could of been more of an issue. I order 6 big cheese burgers and 3 drinks including milk shake. I’m asking a small bad for peanuts they usually give out for free. I’m coming alone. I’m worried that I can’t hold 2 peanut trays (I don’t have extra hand) so i asked for a small bag for it. The manger with black shirt with black hat refused to provide me one and expressed very rude altitudes like “what I can’t give you a bag”
