Found this place by accident and what a treat, what a dream it is. Fatima started our experience off perfectly as our host and kept up the star service as our waitress. I ordered the truly incredible, almost-a-religious-experience phenomenal mole and she even brought me extra rice so I could enjoy every bit of it. The queso was slightly spicy and full of flavor. Chips were airy and fresh. Spicy margarita was a perfect level of heat. The tres leches cake was so light and fluffy and moist that we devoured it even though we were stuffed. PLEASE never take the fish taco off the menu. One of the only places in Raleigh that can do a grilled fish taco and do it RIGHT. We come just for that, but the chips and salsa here is one of the best as well. Such kind staff (and great margs). I never stop recommending this place - love you Centro!
