They would process you quick on the drive thru..just so they can keep their “ratings” then ask you to pull over to the side because the food isn’t ready. I’ve been waiting 7 mins. Nothing yet.

Went in the store to pick up an order on Friday May 29th at 6pm. Asked the guy a question about order being prepared. He got an attitude and said he wasn't giving me the order. Refused to give it to me. Claimed to be the RGM. Drivers stay clear food is never ready, employees attitudes suck and the store is filthy. Since when did thin skin. And poor customer service become a thing for fast food employees.

Terrible. Nasty demeanor from young guy on register and manager wasn’t any better. Said thing is manager served me at 11 am had me waiting for my food for ten minutes in drive thru, I had to go in and get my food. This evening I attempted to purchase deal online with my last few dollars for my kids dinner. Deal never said dark meal only I asked for two wings in the bucket. Even offered to pay and was met with rude nasty attitude. Now am begging for my money and they marked my order as picked up. I never left store with order even asked for assistance with canceling and manager walked away. I p
