I purchased a single combo from Wendys and luckily while eating in my car, I cut the light on. My burger was not cooked all the way through- last time I patronize. I’ve asked for a refund and I’m waiting on a response. Please be careful when eating out.

Ordered my food and when I got to the window was handed the wrong order then was told to park and wait but it was said very rudely which was unnecessary because I said nothing but this is not my order so I asked for a manager and the lady which was a bit older I didn’t get a name asked me what the problem was so I am assuming she was the manager I said that the attitude was not necessary and she tried to end the conversation just to shut me up and get me to park but with all of this when I FINALLY got my food my chicken sandwich was dry, greasy and disgusting the chicken in my salad was dry an

Man, even tho it be slow, cuz they gotta make the food to order most times i come, My man Dwayne always has a positive can't complain attitude in the drive through! Great service! Food is great when I have to wait..lol

Dwayne was so rude and feisty he screamed at me because I wanted more barbecue sauce. I will never come back here this will be another Wendy’s to shut down.
