I order a decade latte and it was caffeine instead, order a ham and cheese stuffed croissant and they have me pretzel ham and cheese slider and ordered a avocado toast with no everything bagel season and it had it on the toast anyways. Dunking Donuts please train your employees to take their time and give the customer what they ordered. If anyone make a Mobile order please check it out before leaving the window and then the employee get angry likes its

Just about the nicest people in here and is really hard to find good service in this city but the ladies here are the sweetest nicest I’ve seen in a long time. They greeted me as soon as I came in and were extra nice to my little ones (they can be a bit rowdy at times) I would definitely be back to this location just based on the great service I received.
