McAlister's is clean, food fresh, and employees friendly. Thus, the 5 stars. However, if I could give one manager a 10+ star rating I would. His name is Mr. Win. He is excellent in all he does. He greets very customer with a smile. He is friendly and yet so professional. He helps his employees when McAlister's gets busy. I haven't been here in a long time. I decided to get something called The New Yorker. It's very similar to a Reuben, I actually asked them to add sauerkraut to it. I just wanted to review to show a photo of how thick the sandwich was. I don't know of any other restaurants that will give you that much meat on any of your sandwiches.
