We love coming to this Texas Roadhouse. We always have great service, and the food is always hot and perfectly prepared. Parking can be difficult in really busy times, but it’s worth it. Wish they would bring a Texas Roadhouse to Huntersville!

First, and last, time to this store. Sat at the bar, not all that busy before the big dinner rush. Fairly prompt welcome from the bartender Mikaela, and then that's when all the good things stopped happening. Ordered the 16 ounce prime rib at medium temperature. Had the house salad and broccoli for my sides. Salad came out after about four minutes. The prime rib showed up less than two minutes after that. I was concerned about the temperature of the meat given how quickly it came out after being ordered. It was nearly rare. I couldn't get the bartender's attention for more than 15 minutes bec
