My recent visit was very disappointing. The portion sizes were noticeably smaller compared to other Panda Express locations I have visited. The staff worked very slowly, making the ordering process unnecessarily long. In addition, the food quality and presentation were well below the standards of Panda Express restaurants in other areas. Despite being the same brand, there was a significant inconsistency in taste, portion sizes, and overall service. This location does not reflect the Panda Express experience I have come to expect. Very unwelcoming. Had four employees on today around 11:30-12 and not one of them greeted anyone who came in and stood in line. Took about 5 mins to come and take orders all while the man would stare at those in line, no apologizing for the wait, nothing. The women looked up everytime someone walked in and walked away. Very poor customer service. As far as the food, it was barely warm. Upper management needs to go and pay them a visit.

Overall their food is great. This place is extremely clean. Employees are nice. Only thing is sometimes the fried rice isn't cooked properly. I normally get super veggies but I can imagine for people getting rice that this issue should be addressed. I still give 5 stars because overall it's still great

I’m rating this Panda Express two stars mainly because the portion size was too small for the price I paid, so I didn’t feel it was a good value. On top of that, there wasn’t much communication about what was included in the meal, and the staff serving the food didn’t really explain anything or engage much. Hopefully they can improve on both portion sizes and staff communication in the future.”
