Did the drive thru but the service was fast and I didn’t have issues being heard; however, they didn’t give me what was ordered (no spicy snacker with coleslaw) and the area inside (what I could see from the pick up window) and around the building had a somber atmosphere. But seriously, the biscuit was AMAZING 🤩 so buttery and soft. I just would have liked slaw and spice on my chicken snacker.

To whom it may concern, this have to be one of the worst locations I seen. The customer service is absolutely terrible. They not friendly at all and don't have a good attitude. Why would somebody that spending money want to come back to that. The quality of the food here is the worst I taste from any KFC location. It's a shame I think that people only come here because of convience. Because it's definitely not the freshness of the food or taste. I don't recommend this place to anyone who values good service and good food. I won't be back I rather take the extra mile to another location. Wher

I recently visited the KFC location in Redford on 5 Mile and had a disappointing experience. When I arrived, I was informed that only white meat was available and that no additional food would be prepared because the store was closing in about an hour. While I understand that operations wind down toward closing time, it was surprising and frustrating that the restaurant was unwilling to prepare more food during normal business hours. Customers should be able to expect a reasonable level of service and menu availability up until closing. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly

Yikes if I could leave zero Stars I would this place is trash just went here tonight with my husband and as we're pulling up to the window there bitching about the customer that was behind us with no regards loud and obnoxious. I understand it's fast food but damn u still need some type of manners we will never go back to that location most people need better home training.
