SO gooood! Amazing food, ambience and service is absolutely stellar. I wish I would have gotten our server’s name, she was lovely. The level of quality service, fresh, well executed food is absolutely the BEST experience I have had thus far in all of Redlands. Caprice is the PERFECT place for any date night, or dinner and lunch gathering. Their wine list is fabulous. We had the lamb chops (probably hands down the best lamb chop I have ever had in all my life)… an amazing smoky flavor and so tender and juicy. The beet salad and fresh baked bread were divine. One of Redlands best restaurants. My wife and I have tried a lot of different places in Redlands and Caprice stands out for a nice dinner. The tuna tartar appetizer is incredible and they have fantastic cocktails. Both indoor and outdoor seating have a nice ambience. Generally they have great service but this last time we went it was very slow, server seemed overwhelmed. That was a one off experience though.

Made a dinner reservation to celebrate a birthday. We had some dietary restrictions: gluten, soy, dairy, Bell Peppers, fish/seafood. Ryan, our server, was not only already knowledgeable about our party's dietary restrictions, but also knew which dishes we could alter, and which we had to completely avoid. Ryan made us feel well taken care of, safe from cross-contact/contamination, and not like a burden. The ambiance was relaxed, colorful, casual and respectable. Enough lighting to read the menu and see our surroundings, but not so much we felt on display. The music was a perfect volume to drow
