This is definitely a hole-in-the-wall type of place. It has an old type of decor that kind of takes you back in time to the 90’s. The Special Combination Pho was plain and tasted watered down. The chicken salad was okay. The # 28. Salty, Spicy Shrimp and Steamed rice was nothing but sweet. Tasted like orange chicken sauce. Was not salty and definitely not spicy. Service was okay. To be honest with this type of food, I’m shocked it’s still opened. The best thing about this place was, well, the Sapporo.

If you’re looking for an authentic phở experience, I honestly wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. As a Vietnamese person who has grown up eating phở my entire life, I had higher expectations coming in, but this place fell short in several important ways. Traveling through Reno. Hotel worker recommended. I went for lunch and had the shrimp Pho and Spring Rolls. Small bowl of Pho would have been enough it was so filling. Lots of fresh veggies, good size shrimp and several of them. The food and service were great. I liked the atmosphere. Not fancy but clean and just like a hole in the wall should be.

I had a terrible experience with both my dine-in and takeout order here and ended up having to throw most of it away. Dine-in (Bún Bò Huế): The soup was barely warm and not hot enough at all. Worse, the meat had a strange, off-taste to it that made it unappetizing. Takeout Bánh Mì BBQ: I explicitly asked them to pack the vegetables separately so the bread wouldn't get soggy. They completely ignored my request and put everything together anyway. On top of that, the mayonnaise tasted sour and spoiled. It tasted so bad I couldn't even eat it and had to throw it in the trash. Takeout Pad Thai:
