Bigfoot on Bronson is my favorite coffee stand. I have been to many. Specifically Cassie goes above traditional service. She is warm and no matter how busy, makes you feel like you’re the only customer in line. I just love her, but the entire team is amazing. Airyn, Holly, Liam, and so many more, names are evading me right now. The lines may be long at times, but getting coffee is a choice. I’ve seen many customers get upset for this reason. It was a beautiful day out so of course there was a big line! When it was our turn the barista Michelle was taking our order was so funny and had a great attitude the whole time! All Drinks were amazing ! 🤩 definitely will be coming back👏🏻

The staff here are always super friendly! I've been to a couple BigFoot Java locations and this by far is my favorite one in terms of consistent friendly staff at different shifts. They also make the drinks great and correctly. It can definitely get busy depending on what time you come, but the staff are pretty good about making sure the wait isn't ridiculous, sometimes having someone go outside to get orders to start making in advance so you just have to pay once you get to the window. Overall my favorite place to get coffee, better than Starbucks hand down!

I just love coming to this location and the male that works here. I don’t know if he is Mexican or native but he is so awesome. He always has good energy. His vibes are always great. My coffee is always amazing. He does his best when it comes to customer service And I could say when I come here and when I get him that makes me so happy thank you for being you.
