5/30/26 Awesome service! We were the first ones to walk in about 8:30 p.m. We were a party of 8. Skyler was the only one working. While we were ordering he got slammed with about 12 more customers. He did an awesome job taking care of everyone in the store and the online orders. He helped all the customers with a smile on his face, a pleasant attitude, and a friendly welcome and thanks for coming in. You were a Rock Star!! The ice-cream was delicious!

MAN. This place is awesome! Each flavor is bold and unique and the fruit was super fresh. Food came out quick and was reasonably priced for the quality and amount you get! Workers were super nice and friendly :) Only bad thing is to watch out for the water fountain. It sprays a bit.

Ive been coming to Crispy Cone since it was just the owner making them in a tent on the side of the road, and since then I’ve seen this place regress from being a “must visit when you come to Rexburg” to a “I wish you could have tried this when they first opened up”. The heart, soul, and quality of this place has been gutted for corporate franchising and maximum profit. The cones are never warm anymore, the doughs always thick and dry, every table in the store rocks when you put your elbow on it, the charming airstream trailer that used to sell Bohemian desserts out its window has been repla

Place is clean and comfortable but too quiet, I can hear everyone's conversation. Staff is cool, but they just handle to you the cone. The icecream and the bread are really tasty no doubts, but they are over price due to business ambitions to franchise with low customer traffic even during weekends. The cones are not fresh anymore, they might move to frozen cones cause I don't remember them dry or stiff I PAID FOR EXTRA OREO TOPPING AND I GOT 3 EXTRA OREO PIECES OR SO. 🤣🤣🤣 don't pay extra anything.
